Brand Luxe Bundles is committed to our customer’s satisfaction and will make every effort to process each order to your exact specifications. Due to the hygienic nature of our products Federal Law prohibits the return of our products and all sales are considered final upon the receipt of your order.

Only under special circumstances are we able to exchange merchandise. Exchanges in merchandise is on a case by case scenario, at our sole discretion and at the consumer’s expense. Therefore we suggest conducting thorough research on our products, services and policies prior to placing your order.


All orders received Monday –Friday before 3pm will be processed on the same day. Orders processed after 3pm will be processed on the following business day. Business days are considered Monday –Friday; we do not process orders on holidays or the weekend. Therefore orders placed on Friday after 3pm or on a US holiday will be placed the following business day and may incur additional delivery time.


Please make sure shipping and billing information matches the primary cardholder’s information. Under no circumstances will orders be processed if there is a discrepancy in billing and shipping information.

Once your order is processed you will receive tracking information associated with your purchase. Brand Luxe Bundles is not liable for shipping delays including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disaster, US or international holiday, etc. As a precaution we suggest ordering merchandise prior to scheduling an appointment with your stylist or waiting until you have received and inspected your merchandise to ensure your satisfaction.

Merchandise will only ship to a residential or business address where a live signature can be obtained by the purchaser or responsible 18 year old designee. Merchandise can only be left after a third party agreement has been reached between the purchaser and UPS whereas Brand Luxe Bundles will be released of all liability associated with purchase and delivery. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Shipping rates are in accordance with the UPS international shipping scale and are subject to change. Please continue to check our website for rates, changes and promotions which may impact total overall cost.
